Synthesized acts as a proxy for your AI API calls, tracking every request and calculating costs in real-time based on token usage and current pricing.

Yes, you can set custom budget alerts for projects and receive notifications when spending thresholds are reached.

Terms of Service

The following terms govern the use of the Synthesized platform.

Scope of application

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts and the use of the Synthesized platform between you as a user and Valentin Lionel Weinert ("Synthesized"). Deviating terms and conditions do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Use of the service

You may only use Synthesized in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the usage limits communicated in your plan. You are responsible for the API keys you store, the content of your requests to third-party AI providers and the configuration of budgets. Abusive use, attempts to circumvent security mechanisms or to gain unauthorised access are prohibited.

Plans, prices and payments

The currently valid plans and prices are shown on our website and in the product. Payments are processed via Stripe. All subscription fees are due in advance for the respective billing period. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Euro and exclusive of applicable taxes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time for the future via the billing area.

Availability and changes

We strive for high availability and careful further development of Synthesized, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may adjust functions, interfaces and pricing in a reasonable manner, for example to improve the product or respond to changes at third-party providers. We will inform you in advance of material changes where required.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable, typical damage in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. product liability law) remains unaffected.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Valentin Lionel Weinert, Dr.-Rohmer-Weg 11, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Germany, E-mail: support@synthesized.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only started to perform the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

Final provisions

German law applies to these terms, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
